In 2020, four members of the Brainerd Blue Ox Business Academy were tasked with creating a community driven project that focused on addiction intervention.  

Never in our wildest dreams did we think building a new playground for the Brainerd Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge (MNTC) Program would be our cause.  

However, we know that families matter and being in the MNTC Program can lead to stress within the family; Having an outdoor space where kids can play safely while the parents talk through issues is an integral part of the recovery/healing/reconciliation process that needs to occur within the family unit.  

Will you help us create a space where kids can play safely?
