Opioid Awareness and Education in honor of Jayson David Pernu
This fundraiser was designed to promote awareness and recovery of the national opioid epidemic in honor and memory of Jayson David Pernu. Jayson loved sports and excelled in all that he participated in. Jayson experienced a sports injury that led him to an addiction with opioids. This addiction caused Jayson to be taken from the world far too soon. Our hope is that through Jayson's passing we can bring a greater awareness to the dangers of opioids, prevent others from starting down this path and to aid in the recovery of those who have.
